This is a layout from several years ago on vacation. We love South Carolina and this beach is so quiet and relaxing. Our kids took friends with them so we added them in our family pictures. We always take a family picture on vacation and then we use that as our Christmas card.
It's hard to see with the tan background but the blue shell paper is backed with a tan cardstock. The swirls are white card stock cut from a Cricut cartridge. Sorry I don't remember which one. I added small rhinestones to the center of the swirls for a little bling. The "family" letters are an opaque white acrylic. The clear sentiment at the bottom of the second page is a very old clear sentiment sheet. I attached it with shell brads.
It's 50 degrees here today so looking at these pictures of the beach makes me want to go somewhere warm. Have a great weekend

Beautiful pages! When I was a kid, my whole family (grandparents, aunts, uncles, everyone) would pack up in three vehicles and set off for North Carolina. We would rent a big house on Oak Island and have two weeks together. That was before cell phones and cable TV -- so restful. It was great and your project reminded me of those times. Lovely project!
They are LOVELY pages... I like the photo with everyone's back to the camera and their holding hands... LOVELY! :o)
